Optimization
One of the most important real-world tasks is to optimize some problem or process. We have expertise in the most advanced optimization techniques, including evolutionary algorithms, simulated annealing, and particle swarm optimization. For example, the left animation shows an evolutionary algorithm solving a Traveling Salesman Problem, providing the least-distance route to visit 120 European cities. However, sometimes one is more interested in a set of solutions to a problem. Our specialized evolutionary algorithm is capable of finding multiple solutions to a problem. The right picture shows how our evolutionary algorithm will concentrate solutions on the best (highest) solutions for a problem.
